SHIPPING
1. Most Orders will ship the next business day. There are no shipments on weekends or holidays.
2. For delivery throughout the USA, we use USPS as our primary carrier. The estimated delivery in the U.S. is 3-7 business days. Please note that the estimated delivery times are subject to changes.
3. In the very rare case that your package loses tracking on the way to its destination for more than 5 days, please contact us for further action.
4. Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a residential/commercial address for your package delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience.

RETURNS
1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

2. Returns will require a return shipping label. Customers may purchase the return label at their own expense, otherwise we can provide one for you for a fee (amount may vary per location).

3. Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days.

4. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.

5. Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Laundered items cannot be returned.
  • Shoes must not be worn and should be returned in undamaged shoe boxes. Boxes that have been written, taped, or damaged in any form cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above.
7. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 14 business days. You will be notified by email once your return has been completely processed.
8.Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS RETURN POLICY
1. International customers shall be responsible for the return shipping cost, any duty and tax that occur when requesting return service.
2. We do NOT offer exchanges for any orders placed internationally.
3. We are not able to refund any tax or duty charged by the customs border office.
4. For orders shipped outside of United States, please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility. 
5.The customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
FINAL SALE POLICY
Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS POLICY
All Sales Of Customized Items Are Final Which Means We Cannot Accept Returns. Returns Will Only Be Accepted If The Product Is Faulty. Please Allow An Additional 3-5 Days To Process Your Order.
